SKIN DEEP SEGMENT EXTRAS

You can find this brand in most drugstores and it is just about as good as it can get without coming straight from a dermatologist – love this brand and I love that the SPF and moisturizer is all in one.
COOKING WITH KENZIE SEGMENT EXTRAS
For the cupcake:
•2 cups of Bisquick
•1 cup of milk
•1-2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
For the icing:
•2 sticks of butter softened
•Powdered sugar to taste- start with 2 cups
•Maple syrup to taste- start with 2 tablespoons
•Frozen silver dollar pancakes
•Extra maple syrup
You will need:
•Piping bag and tip
•Preheat your oven to 325 F
•Line your cupcake pan with cupcake tins
•Throw your Bisquick, milk and vanilla in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
•Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into each cupcake tin, bang your pan to make sure the batter is even an pop them into the oven for 13-15 min depending on your oven.
•once they are done set them on a cooling rack until completely cooled.
•While the cupcakes are cooling- whisk on high speed your butter till whipped (it will be lighter in color).
•Next add your powdered sugar to taste (I say this because I’ve never truly followed a buttercream recipe. Sometimes I’m feeling more sugar, sometimes I don’t and I taste test till I get it exactly how I want it.)
•Once your powdered sugar and butter are completely whipped and combined, add your maple syrup- also to taste.
•Put icing in a piping bag with whatever tip size you’re feeling.
•Pop your frozen silver dollar pancakes in the microwave as directed and all them to completely as well.
•Pipe a swirl of icing onto your cupcake.
•Place your silver dollar pancake on top.
•Pipe another smaller swirl of icing on top of your silver dollar pancake.
•Place 3 blueberries on top.
•Drizzle with maple syrup.
